Sithembele Mase has wealth of experience in the Micro-Finance industry. For someone who has been in this industry for longer than 20 years, he requires no introduction since his working history speaks volumes.
His working career started in the Eastern Cape Developmental (EDC) where he worked for twelve (12) years. He later went to head the operations at the Get Ahead Financial Services, a Micro-Finance Institution. He further spend six (6) years at Nurcha as General Manager where he worked on several projects and one of them culminated to Mzantsi Account. Whilst at Nurcha, he also spear headed the transformation issues around BEE, Government Relations and Stakeholder Relations.
He has an extensive international exposure and some of the countries he visited are Bolivia, Lapaz (South America), Zimbabwe (Harare), Ghana (Accra), UK and USA.
