Mapule Moranyane originates from Namahadi in the Free State Province. She has managed to venture into catering business because of the assistance that she received from Mankwane Financial Services Co-operatives.
She started her first loan with Mankwane in 2003 where she borrowed R10, 000.00 and has paid it back in a month. She took the second loan of R10, 000.00 in 2006, with perseverance and hard work Miss Moranyane is in her third loan with Mankwane Financial Services Co-operatives. She caters for big events around Namahadi communities and the municipalities in Bloemfontein area. She also banks her cheques with Mankwane Financial Services as it allows her to access the money any time that she wants to use it for her business.
Miss Moranyane is a true entrepreneur. She has opened a new restaurant in Namahadi. She has employed five people permanently and another five on a temporary basis depending on the size of the orders.

Before I used to struggle in my business because government departments takes long to pay for the catering services and the commercial banks did not understand the way that the government operates. I am working closely with Mankwane Financial Services to make sure that my business also benefits other members of the community”, said Miss Moranyane.
