Mrs Viera from Fernie Financial Services Co-operatives IN Mpumalanga Province
|
Mrs Viera comes from Fernie Section in
Mpumalanga Province. She owns a dressmaking factory. She loved sewing from her early age where she used to sew clothes for her dolls and imitated her grandmother who used to sew jerseys for them when they were still young. Her love and passion for sewing made her realize that dressmaking is in her blood. She decided to follow her dream and approached Financial Services where she borrowed R1,000.00 for her business start up. |

Her business focuses on sewing school uniforms and sells it to the nearby shops and factories that sell school uniforms. Her business has grown in such a way that she managed to repay her first loan in a month and went to the second loan of R3,000.00.
Miss Fernie thanked samaf and Fernie Financial services Co-operatives for the contribution in her success. She indicated that because of samaf who disbursed funds to Fernie FSC she has managed to buy more machinery for her business and she is planning on increasing the staff number in order to meet the demand that is required by her customers.
